- 3, cup Chicken Stock
- 6, Lemon Leaf
- 4, chopped Green Chili
- 1, bundle Lemon Grass
- 1/2, lb Shrimp
- 2, tsp Fish Sauce
- 1, tsp Red Curry Paste
- 1, tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2, cup chopped Cilantro
- Cook chicken stock. Strain and collect the stock. To learn how to make chicken stock, refer to the recipe section.
- Add lemon leaves, green chili and lemon grass and bring to boil and add all other ingredients in the stock and cook.
- Remove lemon grass and serve hot.
