  • 3, cup Chicken Stock
  • 6, Lemon Leaf
  • 4, chopped Green Chili
  • 1, bundle Lemon Grass
  • 1/2, lb Shrimp
  • 2, tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1, tsp Red Curry Paste
  • 1, tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2, cup chopped Cilantro


  1. Cook chicken stock. Strain and collect the stock. To learn how to make chicken stock, refer to the recipe section.
  2. Add lemon leaves, green chili and lemon grass and bring to boil and add all other ingredients in the stock and cook.
  3. Remove lemon grass and serve hot.
