Heat oil in a non stick frying pan. Dip each piece of bread in the egg mixture (ensure well covered) and deep fry till light brown.
Separate florets of Cauliflower. Wash. Boil water in a large pan. Add grated ginger, salt and green chili. Put cauliflower florets in boiling water.
Traditional sweet — mouthwatering fried sweet swirls, made of sugar and flour. It is one of the most widely used Indian Sweets. In Calcutta every Sweet Shop make it in the morning and is a great combination with Singara (Samosa) at breakfast time.
